<li>1. Operate a large, company-owned truck. The truck serves as our store on wheels. You must drive it to make weekly sales calls to businesses whose employees purchase their own hand tools. Many, but not all, of the types of businesses you make sales calls to are automotive repair, car dealerships, heavy duty truck repair, heavy equipment repair, factory maintenance departments, and aviation repair.</li><div> </div><li>2. Conduct sales calls. You will meet with technicians or mechanics on a weekly schedule but will also approach the manager and owners on a less frequent but regular basis. It is expected that you meet and eventually exceed a set weekly sales volume.</li><div> </div><li>3. Collect payment. You will be responsible for the weekly collection of accounts receivables from customers who choose to take advantage of Tekton’s payment plan.
