In most cases, the return shipping fee is $10—unless we made a mistake, in which case return shipping is on us. Returns over $500 include an additional 10% restocking fee. Please note we do not refund shipping charges associated with your original order.
To complete a return, your original order must be:
- Shipped to an address within the USA
- Purchased within the last 30 days, or qualified for the 90-Day Tool Cabinet Trial
- In unused condition and without any personalization
- Purchased from the current lineup (Outlet items are nonreturnable)
