Where We Work
We work in-person as a default. High-level work requires consistent, in-person communication to ensure teams can coordinate tasks, solve problems, and develop plans together at a fast, yet realistic pace. Salaried employees can occasionally work off-site for a short period of time when it will clearly improve productivity.
Flexible Time Off
Tekton offers flexible time off instead of a fixed limit because we understand that the need for time away from work is different for each person from year to year based on life events and other circumstances. You're expected to manage your schedule in a way that allows you to produce impressive results, provide sufficient support and availability to your coworkers, and have time to lead a fulfilling personal life.
What It’s Like Working in Operations
Surroundings: Our offices are bright and clean and have easy access to our Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers. Each employee has a personal desk in either a shared or private space. We also provide additional work spaces to do high-focused or collaborative group work.
Dress code: Employees can wear what makes them comfortable and productive and what satisfies our safety standards.
Food and beverage: We offer four healthy snack and beverage stations for employees to use whenever they need some energy throughout the workday. These stations are free and always available.
Noise level: Noise levels vary depending on activities happening throughout the office; however, it is not a consistently loud environment.
Safety: Safety is important to us and we take it seriously. We provide protective gear such as vests and eye protection when entering the Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers.
