Once a tool becomes yours, we're available to help you no matter where you got it or how long ago. If your tool doesn't work like it should, let us know and we'll make it right. Shipment of replacement parts or tools is always on us and available within the United States and Canada.
In most cases, we don't need a receipt, just an image of your broken tool, and we don't need you to return the product to us.
We employ fast, knowledgeable in-house support staff in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They have the authority and capability to efficiently solve your problem. Contact us for help with a tool.
Yes, we warranty our products regardless of where or when you bought them. However, if you are only returning a tool you no longer want, you should return it to the retailer you bought it from.

Rewards

Any purchase you make through your Tekton.com account automatically earns you 10% back in Rewards. No additional steps are necessary. Just be sure to log in to your account each time you purchase something on Tekton.com.
Spend your Rewards like cash on any Tekton.com order. You can apply them any way you'd like at Checkout, all at once or a little at a time.
No. Rewards can only be earned and redeemed on Tekton.com.
Rewards are added to your balance within 2 hours of your order being shipped. If your order was billed to an invoice, you'll receive your Rewards after paying it off.
Your Rewards only expire if you don’t purchase anything through your Tekton.com account for two years.

Orders and Shipping

It typically takes 1 to 3 days for an order to arrive from the time you place it on Tekton.com. West coast shipments may take a little longer, often 4 to 5 days. You'll always receive a tracking number from us after we ship your order, which typically happens the same day you place it.
Yes, you can download an invoice for a previous order in My Account, or contact us with the order number and we'll send a copy of the invoice to you.
If you need to place a tax exempt order, please create a Tekton.com account and then email your tax exempt form to support@tekton.com.
We ship only to the United States and Canada. We provide limited warranty support outside of these countries.

Other

Other sellers, including Amazon, carry legitimate Tekton tools, but they may be selling an older model. It’s also possible that some people are selling fake or used Tekton tools. The best way to know you are purchasing a current, new Tekton product is to buy from us at Tekton.com.
