Optimized Foam Layouts

We designed and cut each set in our Grand Rapids, Michigan manufacturing facility to optimize for high density, easy access, and secure fit.

Laser-Marked Foam

Foam Materials and Construction

Each foam organizer is made in the USA of closed-cell polyethylene foam that doesn’t absorb liquids. Its two layers are permanently bonded together with a heat lamination process. The contrast between the black top layer and red bottom layer makes any missing tools immediately visible.

High Loading Capacity

The plastic body of the dolly has a loading capacity of up to 220 lb.

Industrial Casters

Two of the four casters lock so the wheel doesn’t roll or swivel. The casters are made in Germany by Blickle.
