Use a Knife to Cut Out Spaces for Tools

Guide marks etched into the foam help you cut the 15 mm thick molded foam layers. Foam studs attach the four layers to each other. Use hot glue or cyanoacrylate (CA) glue to keep them together permanently.

Keep Small Parts Secure

The lid insert keeps foam contents in place during transport by pressing directly against them when the lid is closed, preventing items from coming out of their compartments.

Durable Construction

The foam and lid insert are made from a closed-cell expanded polypropylene (EPP) that doesn’t absorb liquids.
