We designed and cut each set in our Grand Rapids, Michigan manufacturing facility to optimize for high density, easy access, and secure fit.

Each foam organizer is made in the USA of closed-cell 1.9 lb./cu. ft. density polyethylene foam that doesn’t absorb liquids. Its two layers are permanently bonded together with a heat lamination process. The contrast between the black top layer and red bottom layer makes any missing tools immediately visible.
