Large Order Deliveries
We ship tool cabinets and large orders via freight carriers. For residential deliveries, the carrier will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a delivery appointment ahead of the scheduled date. On the day of delivery, a truck equipped with a liftgate will arrive.
Instructions for Receiving Your Delivery
- Show the driver where to unload.
- The driver will use a pallet jack to unload your order from the truck and move it closer to your desired location.
- Carefully watch as the driver unloads your order to ensure proper handling.
- Inspect your order for damage.
- Damage during shipping is uncommon. However, you should inspect the packaging and contents of your delivery before signing the delivery receipt.
- Capturing clear photos of your order can support a claim if issues arise later, even if there's no initial sign of damage.
- Sign the delivery receipt.
- If you notice any damage, document it on the delivery receipt.
- Your signature serves as confirmation that you received the items you ordered. By signing without any notes, you accept the condition of the goods as delivered.
Contact us if your order was damaged, and we’ll file a claim with the carrier. Making notes on the delivery receipt and taking pictures will help us file a strong claim in the event of damage or loss.
