Tekton eGift Cards Agreement and Terms of Use

PURCHASERS AND USERS OF TEKTON EGIFT CARDS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE.
Tekton eGift Cards may be purchased on the Site and can be used to pay for orders on the Site. Tekton eGift cards may not be converted to cash or used in any other way. Tekton eGift cards are delivered electronically. In order to place an order for an eGift card, the purchaser must provide their name, the name and email address of the recipient, and any applicable message to the recipient.
Tekton eGift cards must be purchased with a valid payment method on the Site and cannot be purchased with Rewards. Rewards will not be earned by purchasing an eGift Card; however, the recipient of the eGift Card can earn Rewards when using the eGift Card as a payment method on a purchase with their tekton.com account. Tekton eGift Cards may not be purchased with other Tekton eGift Cards. Tekton eGift Cards may require one business day after purchase for activation.
Tekton eGift Cards do not expire. Sales tax is not added to the sale of a Tekton eGift Card. Sales tax may apply to a sale in which a Tekton eGift Card is used as a payment method. Tekton will not replace lost or stolen eGift Cards.
