Video Content Lead

Department: Branding and Content

Direct supervisorPhotography Team Lead

High-quality images and engaging videos don’t just catch the eye—they forge an emotional connection with an audience, making a brand unforgettable. Whether it's an informative product shot detailing a tool’s specifications or a behind-the-scenes glimpse at how our products are built, these visual elements are key to showcasing our high level of technical rigor and precision. Now, imagine a videographer who not only understands how to capture stunning visuals but also deeply understands the craft of hand tools. This combination is not just an advantage–it’s transformative. We need someone who truly understands how our tools are used in real-world scenarios–someone who knows what it’s like to be working under their car, covered in oil, only to find they don’t have the right tools for the job. We’re not just looking for a camera operator who knows how to make our tools shine in a frame. Rather, we need someone who can authentically capture the true impact of our tools and effectively tell our story. In this role, you will help Tekton write, direct, and edit original videos and photos for our YouTube channel, social media platforms, and product pages. Whether on-site or off-site, indoors or outdoors, you must have the creative vision to plan and lead all video and photo shoots. You will combine your personal experience with hand tools with your technical knowledge of videography and photography to showcase the quality of each tool and highlight the dedication behind their creation. It will be your job to create a distinctive brand voice that connects with our users and highlights what sets the Tekton brand apart.
