Infrastructure Manager
Department: Infrastructure
Direct supervisor: Chief Operating Officer
As the Infrastructure Manager, you oversee and continuously improve security, safety, maintenance, inventory control, and daily operations across our facilities. You will ensure that all Tekton employees work in a clean, safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment.
Some specific role responsibilities
- • Lead the Facilities, Maintenance, and Hospitality teams
- • Develop, enforce, and audit all company security and safety policies
- • Oversee the maintenance of all company buildings, vehicles, and property
- • Coordinate all construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects
- • Oversee all infrastructure related spending
- • Send company wide communications related to events, operating policies, and unusual situations
- • Create an excellent experience for all employees, visitors, and callers

Education, experience, and qualifications
- You do not need a specific degree or job history, but a background in customer service, retail, finance, hospitality, or related fields could be helpful. You must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, salaried position located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
