Infrastructure Manager

As the Infrastructure Manager, you’ll lead security, safety, maintenance, hospitality, and daily operations across our facilities. You will ensure that all Tekton employees work in a clean, safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment. This role is about creating an environment where our employees and guests thrive, where hospitality is felt at every turn so our team is well cared for every day and every visitor leaves with a positive impression. You’ll also be the architect of our security systems and safety protocols, providing peace of mind so that everyone in the building feels secure and supported.
Some specific role responsibilities
- • Lead the Facilities, Maintenance, and Hospitality teams
- • Develop, enforce, and audit all company security and safety policies
- • Oversee the maintenance of all company buildings, vehicles, and property
- • Coordinate all construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects
- • Oversee all infrastructure related spending
- • Send company wide communications related to events, operating policies, and unusual situations
- • Create an excellent experience for all employees, visitors, and callers

Baseline qualifications
- • Familiarity with workplace safety and security
- • Knowledge about commercial construction, utilities, and equipment
- • Understanding of healthy food and drink options
- • Strong ability to communicate clearly in person in writing, including to large audiences
- • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Salary range
- $60,000 - $100,000
