WRENCHES

How We Make Angle Head Wrenches

We released refreshed versions of our Angle Head Wrenches, with nickel plating and refined handles, on April 10, 2024. The Angle Head Wrenches featured in this blog post have been discontinued.

In this video, Tekton's Director of Manufacturing explains the engineering considerations and proprietary manufacturing process behind our USA-made Angle Head Wrenches. These wrenches are specifically designed to increase your access into difficult-to-reach spots with 30-degree and 60-degree angled heads and specially formed geometry.
We use a proprietary process called LaserMill™ to manufacture our wrenches, which gives us the ability to create more precise shapes quickly and efficiently, without the high costs associated with forging tooling.
Tekton's laser mill process includes engineering and design, laser cutting, CNC milling, laser engraving, heat treating, and vibratory polishing.
